• Spearheaded strategic collaboration with 120+ subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to research, write, edit and proof complex and highly technical content and design learning activities that exceeded expectations.

 

• Developed over 50 unique eLearning resources for UMass Global, managing all aspects of production including analysis, project management, design and development, execution, and evaluation.

 

• Initiated innovative visual solutions as an industry leader, leveraging the ADDIE instructional design framework paired with emerging trends and technologies to create Rexford University, a custom learning tool (Docebo LMS) that supported the overall development of our team members.

• Directed and designed content of Excellence Unleashed, a monthly, company-wide learning & development newsletter that targeted specific needs of 275 employees in areas of professional development and growth.

 

• Successfully launched a college internship program for voice-over talent, partnering with over 20 different universities and coaching 38 students.

• Provided creative direction in all areas of the Learning & Development department, creating, delivering, and overseeing learning solutions and training programs that supported the success and growth of internal and external audiences.
